Meet John Foster 

North Atlanta is Home. I have lived in North Atlanta since 1973. I have lived in Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta and Cumming during my life and must say I love Atlanta. I live in Cumming (the main city in Forsyth County)and have since 1995. My children attend public schools and we have been very pleased with the Forsyth County School System - in fact my wife serves as the Treasure of the Daves Creek PTA. My wife and six kids (that is right six kids - it is not a misprint) love the area.  

When I am not working I enjoy golfing, spending time at the beach, camping and I being a Scoutmaster for my son's Boy Scout troop.  

Training. John is an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), a member of the RE/Max Hall of Fame and is a consistent Platinum Club producer for RE/MAX. John recognizes that outside of Realtors the designations and clubs do not mean much, but is means John has done lots of transactions is is very experienced. In fact, the Platinum Club was first introduced in 1994 to recognize the very highest producers in the RE/MAX system.

My team is based on a commitment to honesty and hard work. Lisa Cushman joined my team shortly thereafter and has worked as a full time Buyer’s Agent ever since. Having a team allows us to concentrate on providing excellent customer service.  

Technology: We utilize technology in order to sell homes, purchase homes and to communicate with our Buyers and Sellers. Realtor.com is where approximately 78% of people begin their house hunting. We utilize the Featured Home Slots for Alpharetta and Cumming to increase the page views and exposure of all our listings. Additionally, we utilize the Talking House technologies and virtual tours and include lots of color photos because that sells houses.
